Hey guys! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and for those of you that don't celebrate, then I hope you had a wonderful day with your family and friends! I thought I'd just share the books that I received for Christmas and see what you guys got as well. I'd just like to say that I am extremely grateful for everything I received and that I love my family very much. If any of you have read any of these books then please let me know and tell me what you guy's thought of them!

I was so happy to get The Raven Boys for Christmas. I had been debating getting it for an extremely long time and I'm really grateful the decision was made for me! I really enjoyed Maggie's Shiver series and I just finished Lament, so I'm really happy to be reading another of her novels. I really like the cover and overall I feel like it will be a great read!

I wasn't really sure about this novel; I haven't heard a lot about it and although it looks to be quite interesting, I'm not too sure if this is right up my street. However, I'm all for giving new things a go, so I think I'll be reading this one first just see where it takes me.

A Court of Thorns and Roses looks incredible. I love, love, love Sarah J. Maas' writing style and although I haven't read the complete Throne of Glass series, I cannot wait to begin this one. I'm excited and happy and this looks like a really great read. I like the cover design although the feel of the cover makes me feel a bit funny but other than that, it looks amazing!

Can we all just take a minute to admire how beautiful this cover is? I mean it's stunning! Absolutely stunning! I love dystopian novels and Red Queen looks like the perfect addition to my growing collection. Really excited to read it - especially as it is part of a series.

I have heard so much about this book and how amazing and wonderful it is and so I was super, super happy to get it for Christmas. It looks a fantastic read with a really great message which relates so much to the issues of today's society. Also, I was lucky enough to discover that it has actually been signed by Lisa Williamson herself! How cool is that? I can't wait to read it and am just really excited to hear this story.

This book has been on my to-buy list for so long now and I feel like a part of me is now complete now that I have it. It has this vintage, beautiful vibe to it and I definitely feel like this is going to be a really good one to read.

So not only did I get the first novel in this series, I also was lucky enough to be given the second. Again, can't wait to read and find out about the world of the Peculiar Children.

Lies like Love looks like such as great read and I can't wait to find out what it's all about. I like the cover, I like the blurb on the back and all in all I can't wait to give it a go! This was also another book that was signed by the author, which is pretty lucky and amazing.

I am soooooo excited! Everyone knows how much I love Rainbow Rowell's books and I have wanted this since it was released. I am so happy and thankful and grateful and I cannot wait to start reading to find out what happens.
And now for the icing on the cake!
My wonderful boyfriend, Peter gave me Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (illustrated by Jim Kay) for Christmas and words cannot begin to describe how much I love and adore this version of the book.
Harry Potter started everything for me; reading, writing and wanting to create my own worlds and I love everything about this copy - the illustrations are amazing and I love it so, so, so much!
